Hi sir /madam ,please answer for this question my mom used practin and dexon for 3 years with out knowledge ,but there is severely pains of joint s ,sugar level increased .so please tell me how to recover from that .what are possible treatments to recover from that damage. I know that 3 years of usage cause many problems in body .so please suggest.

Practin is an anti histamine (allergy medicine) and dexon is a steroid (immuno suppresion). You have not mentioned why your mother took the tablets for 3 years? Was there any allergy or any diseases? Steroids prone to worsen blood sugar control and is a pro-diabetic. Also, you cannot stop steroid all at once after having it for 3 years.
