She is diabetic. Current sugar fbs. 128 ppbs 160. She is having skin infection (like ringworm) since last 6 months. She has been taking medicines. Monocan (200) tab, fucibet cream, luliconazole cream1%,,ring guard, panderm plus. Onabet b cream. Still she is not finding any difference. please suggest a cream or tablet so that she can recover fully.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is quite common n diabetes. Because of high blood glucose fungi do grow well. Therefore, it is very essential to achieve a strict glucose control along with antifungal treatment then only desired results can be expected. Since there is no mention of the FBG, PP & HbA1c%, no comments can be made. Thanks
