Yes, you can use sunscreen on regular basis. Reddness can be due to multiple causes, like nutritional deficiencies like b12 deficiency, ferritin deficiency, hormonal imbalances like thyroid, pcod, sensitive skin, genetic factors, obesity etc .we should examine and find out the cause and prescribe accordingly. For time being use vitamin e but better you consult your dermatologist for better analysis and treatment.

Good morning lybrate-user. Your symptoms could be just a regular reaction to sun exposure or it could be related to other skin conditions. Continue applying the sunscreen that you mentioned and also use physical protection in addition, such as an umbrella, wide brimmed hat etc to avoid facial sun exposure. In addition, moisturize regularly. If the redness persists/ spreads even after 2- 3 weeks, then I would urge you to consult a qualified dermatologist without fail.

This is good for morning and afternoon for sun protection. This is not require in evening. You should focus on complete sun protection (avoid sunlight as much as possible, take umbrella, broad brim hat/ cap, protective cloth (dupatta ), full sleeve clothing) all along with sunscreen. Red/black spot may not be due to sun exposure. So you should consult dermatologist. He will treat accordingly.
