Dear Mr. lybrate-user, first check with her if she is missing her doses on 2-3 days in a month. If this is happening, ask her not to miss the dose on even a single day. When she is very regular with the tablets check tsh after 2 months if tsh comes down to normal < 4.5, she may not have to increase the dose of thyronorm if she says she never misses even a single dose, then you can increase the dose to 100 ug per day and check after 3 months
