Age 32, wt - 78 kgs, male I am on medication of att from 2 month. I am taking akurit- 4 (5 tables) on same time after 90 mints from mrng breakfast as advises by doctor. But second opinion doctor advice that I should change time to take medication empty stomach in morning. Bez as I don't feel results. That's way. So I want to know that I can change timings or not? please help.

Yes it is better but occasionally some complain of tummy ache and nausea on taking it in the fasting state.

ideal is before breakfast but if that produces anorexia, nausea,vomitting it can be taken after breakfast.
