Hello, the patients with angina may experience referred pain to other parts of the body mainly face, neck, shoulder and teeth. The swelling around the gums and foul odour may be a result of bad oral hygiene and may need scaling. Kindly consult an expert in-person for better diagnosis and treatment. I hope this helps.
