I am 21 years old with weight 60. Yesterday at night and until now I had left arm and back shoulder mild pain that comes and go seems like it was nerve problem. 5 days ago left back shoulder had same mild pain. Now situation is I am going latrine 3-4 in morning. I have taste of eating but can not eat too much. Mild fever. Nausea. Anxiety. Pain in liver or lungs, means can not differentiate. At morning I tried to exercise but after that my legs became immovable. Sometimes feels I can not deep breath may be its anxiety. I am travelling right now. Please help. What is the problem and medication suggestion would be super helpful.
