My mom have ischemic stroke since 45 days and she is using storcit 500 and levera 500 with ecosprin but now is it safe to stop this medicine and take only atravas and ecosprin?

Strocit you can stop but lavera you have to continue if your mother experienced convulsive episode after stroke. And even if she didn't and having large infarct then also she has to continue. Rest can be decided according to general condition and reviewing imaging and investigations.

You can stop strocit. But the use of levera (this is used for seizures) depends on the stroke location, size and seizures at the time of stroke. Need to be evaluated.
