I have seen the information mentioned. Your glucose levels are quite good, so no need to change the medication. However, looking at your weight and height, with a bmi of 40.83 kgs/sq meter, you are in morbid obesity category. Your ideal body weight should be about 56 kgs. Which means there is an excess of 42 kgs. This is the major culprit for your high blood glucose. Even if you reduce about 10 to 15 kgs the glucose levels will come down drastically. Because of excess body fat there is lot of fat stored around vital organs like liver, pancreas, kidneys and stomach. This causes insulin resistance.
