When I lifting weights of 70,80 kg to do shoulder press I have occur pain in my left chest what should I have to do .after that it becomes normal then.

It might be due to muscle strain. Apply vetory nano gel and give rest to the part. Also apply ayurvedic oil murivenna and do massage. Avoid doing shoulder press for 2 weeks. Also check blood for esr, lipid profile etc. Also take an ecg and get consulted. Maintain proper bmi.
