I am 18 year old and I have ankylosing spondylitis since 4 year. I am taking wysolone 10 mg during pain is it safe to use whole life? Or is there any permanent medicine for relief pain?

Wysolone only if other pain killers do not work. You may consult rheumatologist/orthopaedic surgeon. He will prescribe you pain killers which are effective on severe pain. Hot fomentation and some breathing exercises and exercises can work. You cannot get permanent pain relief from medicines. You have to take medicines for continuously. Additionally, diet therapy from a good dietician can work.
