Hello doctor, I am 25 year old boy. I am suffering from the problem of snoring. I started snore just after the sleep. This thing create problems to other. I want to stop it. Please tell me how can I stop or minimize it. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user, obesity and sinusitis are main causative factors for snoring. Start exercise and brisk walk daily for 15 minutes. Also yoga postures like shavasana, shalabhasana and bhramari and bhastrika pranayama will help when done continuously for 6 months. Take steam inhalation and apply 1drop of cow ghee in each nostril at bed time.
