Hello, mera dimag hmesha kuch sochta rehta hai kahi concentrate nhi kr pata hu or ghabraht hoti hai agar mre smne kisi ka jhagda bhi ho jae to mujhe boht ghabraht hone lgti hai or day to day work me bhi kisi se bat krne se dar lagta hai confidence nhi hota kuch bhi karne ka maine Dr. se treatment bhi karwaya tha lekin usse ye problem puri khtm nhi hue and abhi fir mujhe aisa ho raha hai please help please koi advise dijiye jisse ye problem khatm ho jae.
