I have upper left 2nd molar teeth missing (extracted) and wanted to get dental implant but according to my cbct scanning report bone length is not sufficient (7 mm). I don't want to get dental bridges as it may damage surrounding teeth as well. Can I have braces done so that teeth don't shift towards missing teeth? Is it possible? I also wanna mention in cbct report two benign tumors are found near extracted teeth and have swelling gums in front teeth that pains a lot. I've lost 4 kg after extraction (sudden weight loss) in the end of may. Is it sign of cancer or may lead to cancer in future? Will it be right to fix braces instead of getting bridges?

Kindly share x ray (opg or picture or iopa) if possible to suggest best treatment for implants. Implants can be placed only with sufficient bone length & width. Braces will not shift teeth towards the missing area posteriorly. Regarding bening tumors, kindly visit an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in oerson with biopsy report. Regarding swollen gums, you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.
