Hi I advice you to take more rice mainly basmati, take kichdi 3 days/ week, mix vegetables including potato, dal, protien like fish, chicken, 2 eggs any one at lunch. Chapati/ porotha, curd, cheese, ice cream, porridge, add ghee, butter on every meal. Banana, other fruits 3 pcs. Kheer, milk are all helpful. Sleep min 8 hrs. No stress, for breast growth you need good quality protien non veg&. Veg. Also you would v after marriage, child birth dye due hormonal factors. So no worries.
