Hello sir I am hla b27 positive. Age 30. How can I get relif of pain by ayurveda? Please suggest me medication of ayurveda.

You r b27 positive but do you have any stiffness in back. If not then good. My suggestion to you will be do daily back cervical hip exercise so they are flexible (see a physiotherapist doctor). In hla b27 exercise only helps to slow down the illness. Ayurvedic medicine I have no experience so can't comment, also I have come across no ayurvedic doctor claiming to cure you completely in hla b27 in case your condition worsens then see an orthopedic consultant near you to help you better.
