My father is having diabetes from long time. His age is 56, currently he is having problem in left foot toe tip and toe nails area. Tip has become dark black in colour. He is having this problem from last 1 month. Earlier there was so much pain but now pain is less. Is there anything apart from surgery to cure this? Any medicine or ayurvedic medicine.
