Hi doctors, I am looking for an advise on the below. I was diagnosed with endometriosis cyst and adenomyosis few years back. I did a scan 3 years back, doctor confirmed there isn't any cyst and only adeno. I was on ocp for the past year, just stopped from november 2020, since we are ttc. This month abdominal pain has been pretty bad, I have been having pain for about 17 days now. It is combined with constipation, gas and nausea in the morning from past 2 days. Please can you advise some tips for pain management? I do take painkillers at times, but trying to avoid it since I am trying to conceive. I am quite worried since the pain has been for long this month. Please can you advise?
