Hi, I am 24 years old with having a height of 5ft 7inch and having a weight of 75.2 kg. I am feeling overweight and need to work on that. Please advise me with a diet chart (should be simple to follow) and work out plan to lose weight. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user here is the simple diet chart for you morning as you wake up drink 2 glass of water do exercise in which ever you are comfortable for 15-20 mins have stomach full breakfast in the afternoon eat 1roti 1cup of rice with maximum of curry and salad. At night have 2 rotis along with salad. Have the night food before 8pm. Sleep after 1hr after dinner. Hope this you will follow and it is helpful. Thank you.
