Hello Joy You can get it treated with homoeopathic oral and local medicines Besides that try to keep a warm compress so that the drain may open and abscess can be drained but not hot water . Apply it 4-5 times a day.

Soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water added with pink salt (himalayan rock salt) several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own.
