You r already traind by your mother in childhood. Follow that with minor changes. Early ruse luckwarm water walk 10 min fresh up. Newspaper for half an hour. Take proper bath. Breakfast with tea or milk with one fruit. Breakfast must be heavy. Get ready for office. After two hr take some brunch with buttermilk. At lunch time lunch. Tea time again add some snacks. Backhome, fresh by washing hand n feet. Any fruit you can take poha upma. Give time to parents wife n kids. Till than times up some tv news or whatever. Dinner last warm milk. Time for wife. Sleep. In between some shopping, friends to adjust accordingly.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to remain healthy & fit you have to follow a healthy lifestyle which includes:- a well balanced diet with more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, protein rich foods such as daily products, lean meats, lentils, pulses, beans, lean meats, nuts, healthy fats as in fish, avocados, olive or canola oil for cooking, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashew, peanuts - avoid deep fried, spicy & junk foods, restrict use of salt & sugar, also limit tea, coffe to 1-2 cups per day if you have more -do regular exercise like walking or jogging or cycling or swimming for at least 20-30 min per day - reduce stress by yoga or meditation - have sufficient fluids per day including 8-10 glasses of water - sleep well for at least 6-7 hours per day, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - make a routine for yourself & try to follow it as a regular routine is very important for a healthy & fit body.
