Hello sir, my name is johnny and my question is i'm thinking to read whole right for my exams and sleep in the day time because in day time i'm not able to concentrating on studies. Is it ok to read whole night?

Since centuries our body is set to take sleep in night. Few days of disturbing that routine may not cause any major issues. But if it is continued for long time then it will definitely have bad effects.

You can set the sleep cycle accordingly to you but you have to follow it properly. Ideally early morning study is more productive and tend to retain more. You have to again reset your sleep cycle according to your exam date.
