Any side effect of taken r 51. I am suffering from hypothyroidism about 8 years and taken 150 mcg thyronorm but mostly my tsh level was increased.

Your query is unclear. Please clarify which drug's side effect are you talking about?  Plus you have said about having hypothyroidism, for which only treatment is taking Levothyroxine is specified dosage. That particular drug is very well tolerated in most of the patients. I have hardly heard about its side effects. You have  not mentioned other details like current TSH and T4 levels &  symptoms present. Because when one is on adequate dosage of Levothyroxine TSH is maintained around  3 to 4 mU/L at which all the symptoms of hypothyroidism are very well controlled. So please clarify. Thanks.
