Mr Rajesh, If she has hypothyroidism then it should be controlled by taking thyroxine tablets in proper dosage and that too for life time. The dose depends on body weight and TSH level. If she wants to become pregnant, then it more important that TSH level has to be brought down to just around 2 milli units/ ml. This is the only way.
