How is your lipid profile. Based on that we adjust the dose of lipitor. I feel your dose is a little high than required. Please share your lipid test to adjust dose. At 73 years of age aspirin is harmful than beneficial unless you have an established block in arteries, as per recent guidelines. So please be cautious.

U need to check fasting lipid profile. And according to it I can suggest dose of atorvastatin. But at this age your ct will definately show blockages. U should go for conventional angiography if you really having anginal typical symptoms to know real picture. your medicines are insufficient.
