I am a 63 year old adult. Present weather is hot. My lips become relatively dry for last few days and I drink a lot of water. I am having diabetes and I use glimy 0.5 mg, 2 tablets a day and my sugar reading presently are 120-130. I urinate almost every 2 hours. I also have sometimes acidity and gas. Because urine frequency goes up if your blood glucose is above 180 mg /100 ml as glucose starts coming in to urine. So first please check both above mentioned values and inform. Then there is a need to look at your dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. There is no mention of your weight & height also.
