I am not able to sleep at night. I do experience insomnia sometimes. This time can it be due to high level of vitamin d. I have taken 7 vitamin capsule in interval of two months (1 capsule per 1 week) (1capsule - 60000 ui). I have also taken caltoss plus (calcitriol, calcium carbonate (500 mg), zinc sulphate and magnesium tablet) for a month. The calcium tablet has been taken in the first month while I continued vitamin d for 2 months. Should I stop drinking milk temporarily and how long?

No, these are only supplements. Not a cause for insomnia. Age? Since when are you having this problem? Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience. For this homeopathy is very effective. Consult me online with details.
