Olmark is supposed to be a anti hypertensive medication which is supposed to be taken at prescribed doses. Please do not take extra doses whicu might lead to sudden fall in your blood pressure which is dangerous. If you are having stress kindly consult a doctor and take necessary medications like anxiolytics.
