My son is 2.5 years old. His certain symptoms were like having worms like back itching and rubbing the upper teeth layer against the lower layer. Gave him 10 ml no worms syrup and repeated the same dose after 15 days. After almost 10 days again saw him having the same symptoms and loss of appetite. Kindly suggest any other medicine for this. Currently giving him neogadine mikros 5 ml twice a day as prescribed by the paediatrician. Any medicine for the worms please?

Grinding of teeth is a common habit disorder and are seen frequently in normally developing children between 6 month to 2 years and benign and self limiting .undue attention from parents and forcing the child to give up the behaviour often lead to reinforcement of such behavior and persistence for longer period. So no relation between worm and teeth grinding. Don't give undue attention to this behaviour.
