F/age-34 unmarried ,past 3.5 I found lump in my right breast doctor advised it's an fibroadenoma but from the past 8 months its size increases and now it's easily visible outside. Now doctor advise for surgery. My parents are worried about my health & marriage .in my family history, no one has cancer .also i'm an asthmatic patient taking aerocort capsules from past 15+years. Also had urine infection but it was cured but I need to go many times in a day. As don't know how this lump occurs. Kindly help and advice it would be very grateful. Thanks.

See breast lump can be genetic mutation ,familial predisposition can be a lot of reasons. Better to get it operated, since it is increasing in size, so the tissue after surgery they ll send for pathological examination to say what it was actually. No need to be worried about it. Regarding your asthma part do give this history to your anaesthesist before surgery that's important, since few drugs are not to be given to asthmatics. Regarding uti if you have been treated, just keep drinking enough water and if it persists you might have to do urine routine and microscopy.

You should undergo ultrasound and if suspicious on usg breast should go for biopsy or fnac mammogram in young breast may lead to false findings as breast are more fibrous in young. Consult a good radiologist and go ahead share findings and consult further.
