Hello. Having extra dry hands n feet since last two months n skin peeling too. Doc told its eczema, taking medicine since last one week, still feel the dryness n roughness, can it be due to vitamin d deficiency or any other deficiency. If one could suggest the future course of action. Can I take vit d supplement (without test n is it safe) n if so what n in which quantity. Thanks.
