Taking vinicor am 25/2.5 for about six years but from last year vinicor am 50/5 at present my pulse rate vary between 56to64 almost. I consulted my doctor but he says ok. Is it ok or salt should be changed.

It is normal to have pulse between 60 to 70. Even pulse of 54 is not bad. You can continue same medicines, start walking for 45 minutes, you can reduce dose of vinicor am to 2.5/25 once a day. Reduce sale and do regular excercise.
