I am a ankylosing spondylitis present. I take saaz ds tablet 3 time a days for 10 year. But now a days this medicine no work full. Can I take saaz ds 2 tablet 2 time a days.

No. Saaz ds is already 1 gm tablet. And if you are taking that already twice a day better to stick on to that. Higher doses can alter your liver function. We can add on medications temporarily along with saaz and do regular exercises along with it.

Instead of taking saaz ds in more dosage you can add a different drug to control your symptoms. That will be more logical and safe.
