Few days back I had accidental cheek bite and it developed an ulcer it's been more than a week it didn't healed by itself took some tablets of vitamin it is very much painful I can't even eat and talk using anesthetic gel is causing me side effects and my ulcer eventually grows in size had some bleeding yesterday. Tried alum, honey, salt water rinse, betadine mouth wash, ice nothing helped much these just gave me temporary relief please help me.
