lybrate-user a paul treat the root cause and not the disease or symptoms you need to get a comprehensive blood test with all inflammatory markers, vitamin and mineral levels to find out your overall health status and not do tests only focused on the disease you have I cannot diagnose or treat what I cannot see the medical history you have provided is not enough take a consultation for finding the root cause .generalized advice does not work. It has to be personalized to you .get a personalized diet plan along with my own recipes which will both prevent as well as cure lifestyle diseases you only get what you pay .take consultation if you value your health and if you are serious about your health and want a permanent solution and not a temporary fix.
