I have fat thighs. Is it possible to loose fat from thighs? And if there is what would be the best way to do it?

To reduce fat from thighs so swimming, skipping, cycling push ups, sit ups. Along with this eat proper diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take plenty of watery vegetables, whole fruits. Use unrefined foods. Protein foods will help to reduce fat and build muscle. Eat small amount of food. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Take lukewarm water after meals. Quality sleep. These will help.
