Dear Lybrate user, copd patients usually have a lower spo2 level compared to normal people. Your patient may require adjustment / change of inhaled medicines to increase lung capacity and spo2 levels. Kindly get following tests- 1. Chest x ray pa view 2. Pft test and consult a pulmonologist for further advice. Wishing speedy recovery.
