I sweat too much although I have a normal steady weight (56 kg for 162 cm adult female). I don't overdo on salt nor do I consume white sugar (only gur). I'm a vegetarian and workout like 3 days a week for 35 mins. Could it be hyperthyroidism or just hyperhidrosis? Whatever it is, how to fix it?

Dear r .it is a good thing you do not consume excess salt or sugar and that you exercise. It is alright to sweat. Different people have different levels of sweating. It could also be weather related. However, you could try to make some changes in diet, avoiding spicy and gatty food which can increase sweating. As for hyperthyroidism, sweating is only onesymptom. Still, if you are suspecting iy, you may get a tsh or a full thyroid profile done to confirm. Take care.

First we have to diagnose the exact cause. For that you have to undergo proper blood test. In case you can consult then will be able to guide.
