I and my family wants to eat seeds as powder form everyday in breakfast with milk so 5g each of sunflower seeds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds will be safe for normal persons.

Dear lybrate-user, yes no issues. Seeds can be incorporated in diet. They are source of healthy fats and micronutrients too. But I would recommend you should prefer to eat whole seeds and flaxseed can be roasted as it enhances nutrients bioavailability. If you want to consume mixture in powder form. I would suggest don't store mixture for a period of more than one week. Precaution adequate intake of fluids needed to be incorporated in diet and intake of balance diet is recommended too as per world health organization guidelines.
