I did heavy workout and lost almost 10 kgs in the year 2018 but problem is that I was taking less food and stress all the time. And possibly that's why I got high blood sugar. That I got to know when I began to saw ants in my urine. However, I was only 17! I read over internet that kidney gets damage and that's why people get sugar in urine. Well, I stopped doing workout later and I don't get high blood sugar anymore, of course not in urine. My recent diabetic screen test, done in last month was normal. Also, rft report was also normal. Can I say now, that my kidneys are fine and not damaged? However I am paranoid because I read over internet that kidney damage can't be reversed.

You have got type 1 diabet4es and it is not related to work out and you need insulin treatment as in your case tablets are not feasible .there is no kidney damage now and it will occur of you do not control diabetes with insulin.
