Sir there is constant pain in my back rib cage and both shoulder including both knees which have pains and some heaviness.in blood test r/a 10 uric acid 5.60.l am a diabetic on teneligliptin 20 mg ,benidipine 8 mg and novastat 10 mg. Hba1c 6.3 kidney, liver ,lipid and thyroid profile normal. Please suggest. Age 50 years.

First priority is to rule out cardiac problwm as being a diabetic you can have silent heart problems. Rib cage pai radiating to shoulders could be cardiac .take an. Ecg you can also take acidity medications. Like.t pantaprazole 40 mg daily in the morning on empty stomach.
