Change your food habites. Avoid carbohydrates rich proteins egg nonveg cold drinks juices etc You take fiber food as much as you can . Take simpal veg food chapati 3 green vegitabals end small katory Sal vegitabal salad both time . Do not over eat. less as you fill hungery. Go far fast walking morning or evening Do yoga (learn from guru) Take proper sleep. Do not sleep in noon will also help to reduce weight.For more medicinal advice ask privet ly. Dr. Tare
