Hello, I am 33 years old male. I mostly work on computer. I am fit and exercise regularly. For the past years my stress levels were high and I started feeling the following symptoms: 1. Tightness around the whole head and burning sensation on scalp. I sleep and wale up with this headache and it never seems to go away. 2. My vision feels unfocused and my brain feels foggy. I feel the world is not real. 3. I do not find anything much interesting, even sex. I feel low all the time. Although I do my work and everything else, I feel mentally tired and fuzzy. 4. Due to the heavy headedness, I feel lethargic and mentally exhausted all the time. Only coffee seems to help but then it increases the head burning sensation. I recently did a course of brahmi vati. It helped but it started giving me heart palpitations and irregular heart beat after consuming it for 3 months. What is wrong with me? All my blood reports show everything normal. I try to meditate and do pranayama but nothing seems to help.
