Hi. I am 28 years old. Mujhe puchle 16 sal se hypothyroid hai and mai regularly thyrox 75 leti hu. Abhi meri tsh level hai 1.12.meri prolactin level hai 26.15.meri period cycle moderately normal hai. Mujhe 28 se 30 days me period ati hai. Pichle month mujhe 10 th september ko period aya tha. But iss month mujhe abhi se aisa feel ho raha hai jaise mujhe period a jayega. Aj mete cycle ka 23 rd day hai. Mujhe kabhi bhi 23 rd day pe period nehi ati. Fir is month mujhe aise symptoms kiyu lag raha hai jaise mujhe 28 days se pahle aj kal me hi period a jayega. Mujhe bohot panik ho raha hai. Mujhe aisa kiyu ho raha hai. Please help me please.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your tsh is well within the normal range and prolactin also is with in the normal range. (2 to 29 ng /ml). However, once in a while menstrual periods can come early or at times may get delayed. This happens in ladies with hypothyroidism and also when prolactin is high. So there is no reason to worry. Please observe when the next period will come. If there is any irregularity seen often then there may be a need to get it treated. Thanks.
