Gud morning,pls share in detail about your medical history along with routine eating pattern,veg/non-vegitarian,r u exercising or not daily,r u sleeping early or late night,do u have any kind of stress then pls share,everything needed to be corrected along with diet,try to use organic spirullina pwd once to twice a day with normal drinking water or luke warm water 1-2tsp a day.
