Hello sir the only option to get fixed dentures is implants. There is no such adhesive fixed denture available in dentistry so far. In addition I would like to ask or inquire what is the reason that you do not want to go for implants. Is there any medical condition that restricts their use or is it the fear or scare of implant surgery. If you could throw some clarity on that it would be better to discuss further.

Hello what is age of patient and medical condition and bone condition? Full fixed denture are only provided with implant (4,6,8 .) basal implants pterygoid implants these are the only way of getting "fixed" full teeth, because you do not have any support of teeth. But if you do not want implants then you can go for complete dentures it is removable it can be made in 2-3-4 sittings easily and fast delivered acceptance by patient in long term, sometime patient get adapted so badly that they don't want to leave it even if dentures are loose but dentures are hard to accept take quite a lot of time to adjust must do follow up every 6-8 months, because the bone keep resorbing so denture tend to become loose overtime with less bone in lower, difficulty to make and adjust. Better to go for dentures if you are not going for implants, having artificial, removable teeth is better than no teeth. Because overall facial structure improves, speech improves, patient able to eat better, and overall general health improves. Priority should be given to implants though.
