I am 24 years old woman, I have very less blood calcium. Serum calcium 3.2 mg/dl. I've joint paints to a great extent. I'm advised to take shelcal 500 mg tablets and vit d weekly once tablet along with consuming milk & egg daily. My question is can I take shelcal 500 tablets twice a day? In the morning and the afternoon? I've used used twice a day for about a week ane my joint paints are decreased but later I started only one per day and now pains are back. I'm worried whether can I take two tables a day or is it harmful?
