I have very low blood calcium. Serum calcium 3.2 mg/dl. I've joint pains especially for my left leg. I'm advised to take shelcal 500 mg tablets and vit d tablet along with consuming milk & egg daily. My question is can I take shelcal 500 tablets two times a day? In the morning and the afternoon? I've used used twice a day for about a week and my joint pains decreased but later I started only one per day and now pains are back. I'm worried whether can I take two tables a day or is it harmful? Let me know if I can take two tablets.

Too low calcium. Requesting you to meet endocrinologist to rule out metabolic syndrome. Don't take calcium without experts suggestion.

Taking vitamins and minerals alone is not a solution actually. The deficiencies occur because of deeper reasons. Remove the cause and get better results. Take proper homeopathic treatment.
