Hello, doctor. I'm 25 years old. 110 kgs weight. 6 ft height. My testis part size getting lower and upper depending in thighs compression. And back of my testis, it feels sometimes like a lump or swelling type sometimes it gives a type of lil pain only sometimes. I don't know what happened! and erection also not so hard. How it can be fixed doctor? Is it normal?
