Lump in left breast near the nipple. Size of a gooseberry. It becomes painful before and during menstruation. My gall bladder was removed about 5 years back. But, before the surgery certain stones slipped downwards. It is now blocking the pancreatic duct and thus blocking the insulin flow. Swelling in the whole body. Swollen and painful feet as well as upper abdomen. Please suggest, what is to be done. Stepwise.
